Creepy Spider-man 2 Photo (MINOR SPOILER)

MINOR SPOILER ALERT! This is in the newest trailers, so it’s probably not a big deal. But if you want to know nothing about The Amazing Spider-Man 2, you’ve been warned…

Dane DeHaan

Dane DeHaan posted this photo of himself on Twitter earlier today. Yeesh. I like this kid. I thought that he was a revelation in Chronicle and I thought he did a pretty good job in Lawless. So I’m really excited to see him in Spider-Man. He plays creepy really well. The makeup in this photo is amazing, but that look he’s giving… Nightmare material. For a long time, they were hyping the fact that Electro was the big bad in this movie, but recent trailers have shown more and more Green Goblin. This casting was perfect.

Let’s take a look back at the other creepy Goblins.

Willem Dafoe

OK. Cool enough when it first came out. But now that I’ve seen the new Green Goblin, I’m SO over this version. Reminds me a little of the Joker. Jack Nicholson was great… until Heath Ledger. Plus, Willem Dafoe and his menacing smile is way scarier than this mask.

Green Goblin Animated

Christmas elf on steroids. Santa needs to start doing some random drug testing.

But before we go, we can’t forget to mention the creepiest Goblin of all…

The Goblin King! Not even Dane DeHaan can touch David Bowie when it comes to creep factor. If this movie scared you as a kid, it will still scare you as an adult. Do you see how tight those pants are? That dude doesn’t want to keep any secrets.
