Zack Snyder to Direct JLA?

Empire magazine has reported that Warner execs hope to confirm Zack Snyder as director of the rumored Justice League movie. While Man of Steel hasn’t hit theaters yet, the suits must be pretty pleased with what they’ve seen so far to plug him into such an important role. Sucker Punch and Watchmen, also directed by Snyder, were box office disappointments. Personally, I enjoyed both films, and the trailers we’ve seen for Man of Steel look pretty darn awesome. I’m more invested in The Avengers than the Justice League, but I still want the movie to do well, and perhaps even convert me to the DC side. Is Snyder the man to do that? We’ll have to wait to see. But I’ll give him a chance.
